Multifunctional heat-resistant composite materials based on phosphate binders
Development and production of multifunctional heat-resistant materials based on phosphate binders.
Characteristics
The multifunctional heat-resistant materials based on phosphate adhesive compositions with operating
temperatures up to 1,700°C include:
- refractory products: linings, concrete and masonry mortar;
- heat-insulating and fire-retardant coatings and paints;
- composite materials: textolites, filters;
- adhesive compositions for agglutination of metals, ceramics, wood, graphite;
- compounds;
- nonfired ceramics.
Advantages:
1) lower curing temperatures (up to room temperature);
2) non-combustible, non-toxic, environmentally friendly materials;
3) waste-free production which doesn’t require complicated equipment.
R&D protection:
• Patent of the Republic of Belarus №18255 for the invention “Electroconductive heat-resistant phosphate composite material.
• Patent of the Russian Federation №2524516 for the invention “Electroconductive heat-resistant phosphate composite material.
