Universal facility for batching, mixing and application of polymer systems and filling compounds. It allows to process the following types of components systems: filled polymers, polyurethanes,
polyurethane foams, polyesters, silicones, seals, acrylics, melts, insulators, glues, epoxy resins and lubrication.
Universal equipment for dosing, mixing and applying of polymer systems and potting compounds based on polyurethanes, epoxide resins, filled polymers, silicones, etc. It allows to process all types of
rigid, elastic, integral foam polyurethane systems, polyurethane compounds and polyurethane glues with the viscosity of basic components equal to 10-70 000 mPa*sec and obtain items of any shape the

The complex is designed to process all types of rigid, flexible, integral polyurethane systems and polyurethane adhesives with viscosity of the starting components from 10 to 150,000 mPa * s and receiving products of any shape: heat- production of rigid polyurethane foams - semi-cylinders, segments, bends, tees, prefabricated structures for pipes isolation valves, for gas and oil pipelines heat insulation, hot and cold water mains, chemical and petrochemical plants engineering nets; pre-insulated with polyurethane foam plastic and steel pipes in polyethylene and metal hydro protecting cover; sandwich-type three-layer structures , wall panels , slabs for thermal insulation of buildings, etc.
The mobile modular type complex is designed as an independent mobile factory with independent maintenance system that is intended for manufacturing sorbent ''PENOPORUM' in field conditions on the
basis of gas-filled polymer (polyurethane foam). It can be used as a preventive mean for immediate response to sudden pollutions and accidents in hazardous zones to collect liquid mineral oil and
organic substances, for cleaning water and ground areas, settling tanks, storm and waste waters from the pollution by hydrocarbons and its derivates.
The automated installation is intended for dosing, mixing and applying of two-component foam-polyurethane coatings with a fine-dispersed filler by sputtering.
