Multi-walled carbon nanotubes

The nanotubes are synthesized in an inert atmosphere at the temperature of ~800°C on silicon single-crystal substrates by chemical vapor deposition (CVD method).
The average diameter of the produced nanotubes is 30-60 nm, their length varies from 100 to 1,000 microns.
Carbon nanotubes are the basis for the production of electrically conductive composites of anti-radar coatings of a new generation and compact efficient microwave radiation absorbers.
