Description
The platform contains a database of senior university students’ resumes. It was designed to optimize the search for the first job for young specialists, simplify the process of interaction between employers and candidates providing the employers with detailed data on potential employees.
The resource is user-friendly and consists of two sections Resume and Documents. The first section unites the resumes of graduates of the faculties and educational institutions of BSU. The database is updated daily. All the resumes contain information about the acquired professional and computer skills, a description of scientific activities, the level of proficiency in foreign languages, as well as additional information about hobbies.
Navigation of the service enables to quickly evaluate the applicants’ resumes and select candidates according to the requirements of employers, who can invite any graduate for an interview by sending a SMS and e-mail notifications from the portal.
The second section contains articles from legal documents regulating the employment of young professionals in our country. In particular, a graduate can read certain provisions from the education, labor and tax codes of Belarus and find out the information about young specialist’s rights.
