Package of applied programs for calculation and optimization of characteristics of information networks and their fragments taking into consideration real non-stationary character of their parameters and effect of repeated attempts - SIRIUS

Purpose
The program can be used in the process of designing various systems of communication and telecommunications. Purpose of a package consists in calculation of characteristics of fragments of information networks having variable intensity of information streams. Functioning of fragments is described in terms of systems of mass service.

SIRIUS takes into account character of real streams of information which are not recurrent.
