Purpose

The software is intended for assessment of strength reduction of human long bones after sectoral resection and for the generation of the indications for the use of various methods of compensation.

Characteristics

The program is designed to predict the strength of human long bones (thigh bone, shinbone, humerus, ulna and forearm radial bone) after sectoral resection. The use of the program in clinical practice can improve the quality of surgical treatment of patients with focal lesions of limb bones, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications (pathologic fracture, post-fixation contracture, etc.), reduce the terms of postoperative rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of operated patients.
