Software package FYTdock© for virtual screening and search of potential drugs and reassignment of known medications

FYTdock© is a MSExcel-based software package for virtual screening that enables to implement semi-automatic formatting of ligand-protein file libraries, initiate docking sequencing and data processing via Autodock Vina and MGLTools.

The ready-to-use library with an add-on for calculations includes 550 files of coronovirus protein structures with a known 3D structure.
