Characteristics

The package integrates the latest object-oriented analysis of luminescent images of cancer cells at the pixel resolution level and methods of intellectual analysis of the data to classify the image clusters and analyze cancer stages.

Functions

The software package CellDataMiner has a set of brand-new functions:
• segmentation of biological image objects
• modeling of the images of cancer cells of specified characteristics
• calibration of the segmentation algorithm with regard to simulated data
• analysis of the segmented objects characteristics at the pixel resolution level
• reduction of the data dimension in order to determine the main groups of factors to interpret and visualize the data
• classification and clustering of cancer cells or developmental stages of cancer
• training on the methods of classification and clustering of simulated data
• tabular and graphical visualization of intermediate and final results of the analysis
• interactive mode of work with the image objects

Each of the functional blocks of the software is independent which allows the user to skip a part of them in order to select the optimum scheme of data analysis.
