Characteristics

The program refers to computer-aided design systems. It is based on the three-dimensional solid computer model and allows to design a model of an orthodontic appliance “Hyrax’ with four coronas and a screw in real time taking into account the individual peculiarities of a patient and calculate various rod angles, positions of coronas, geometrical characteristics of rods and coronas for the expansion of the upper jaw. The program can be used as a working document of CATIA design system (France).
