- The hardware-software devices for random number sequences generation is designed in the form of a standard module installed on ISA card-bus IBM PC ("Klutch - 04" - on the PSI card-bus).
- The hardware-software devices for random number sequences generation is constructed on the basis of a physical source of noise, it is transferred into a computer. Accompanying software is intended for creation of random numbers files and for generator serviceability testing.
- Speed of random numerical sequence generation: 106 bits per second; more recent models - up to 2.106 bits per second.
- Deviation of mathematical expectation from ideal equiprobability: <0,001.
- Factor of correlation between the contiguous bits: <0,001.
