Preparations of pectolite ferments of Matseraza А bacillus and Matseraza С bacillus

Purpose
Complex fermental preparations effectively macerate tissues of plants and are also applied to receive separate cells and protoplasts, replacing the known analogues produced by foreign companies. In case of necessity macerating preparations can be delivered together with cellulolytic ferments.

Highly purified preparations of specific pectinases are successfully used for fast and precision definition of concentration of pectinaceous substances in vegetables, fruit, leaves, fruit candy, etc.

Characteristics
Matseraza A is produced from bacteria Erwinia atroseptica. The preparation contains active pectatliases and polygalacturonase. Possesses endoglucanase activity. Matseraza C is produced from bacteria Erwinia chrysanthemi. The preparation contains active pectatliases and pectinemethylestherase.

Application
Biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, cytology and cytogenetics of plants. It can also be used to receive protoplasts and isolated cells of plants. Definition of concentration of pectinaceous substances in vegetables, fruit, leaves, fruit candy.
