Characteristics
To create the enrichment additives a model of compensation of micronutrients deficiency in nutrition of children and adolescents has been developed. As the result of the obtained data processing the following components were selected as enrichment ingredients:
- calcium compounds;
- magnesium compounds;
- iron compounds;
- vitamins A, E, D, B1, B2 and PP.
