Preventive alimentary phytosalts UNIVERSUM with reduced NaCl content
Purpose
UNIVERSUM phytosalts (“Aroma, “Tonus, “Energo, “Plus) with reduced content of sodium chloride are intended for replacement of regular table salt in food production, for cooking and finishing salting in health-care institutions, public catering and housekeeping. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus assign the alimentary PhytoSalts series UNIVERSUM the status of dietary preventive product.
It is clinically proven that the use of the line of UNIVERSUM phytosalts has a general preventive effect, contributes to the prevention of risks of hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases in population.
Characteristics
NaCl content in UNIVERSUM phytosalts was decreased due to the introduction of potassium chloride, and adding of a variety of homogeneous fine powder compositions of aromatic herbs, spices (garlic, coriander, dill, black pepper, basil, allspice), dried vegetables, amino acids and vitamins, which provides pleasant organoleptic characteristics and helps to reduce taste threshold of salt sensitivity.
