Complex enrichment mixtures for production of functional food for elderly people
Purpose
The complex enrichment mixtures are intended for production of functional food (bakery, meat, soft drinks, etc.) for elderly people. The mixtures contain a balanced composition of vitamins and minerals and have a preventive general health-improving effect.
Characteristics
The product line:
► “Dolgolet-1" is a powdery odour-free and tasteless mixture of creamy white color, which consists of maltodextrin, calcium lactate, ascorbic acid, potassium citrate and vitamins (B2, B6, B9, B12);
► “Dolgolet-4" is a powdery odour-free and tasteless mixture of yellowish-white color, which consists of calcium lactate, maltodextrin, L-carnitine, succinic acid and vitamins (B1, B2 and P factor);
► “Dolgolet-7" is a powdery odour-free and tasteless mixture of light orange color, which consists of maltodextrin, ascorbic acid, potassium citrate and vitamins (B2, B6, B9, B12);
► “Daŭhaĺieccie-18" is a powdery odour-free and tasteless mixture which consists of succinic acid and complex of vitamins (B6, B8, B12 and P factor).
The use of “Dolgolet mixtures in production of finished food products imparts them functional properties, as it compensates deficiency of essential nutrients for the human body.
The components added into the mixtures are represented in an amount sufficient to provide a preventive effect on the premature aging of the organism and anticipate occurrence of cardiovascular diseases and disorders in the gastrointestinal tract.

The mixtures are used in the Republic of Belarus for bulk production of
the following products:
1. Bread “Maystar, new bread “Stalіchny;
2. Series of beverages “Tonus;
3. Enriched red and black alginic caviar (made of seaweed).
Production of the mixtures is waste-free and isn’t accompanied by harmful emissions.
