Technology of pre-sowing treatment of maize seeds by electromagnetic field of microwave range
The technology is a brand new one and is used for pre-sowing treatment of maize seeds by electromagnetic field of microwave range to improve germination, plant resistance to various diseases and extreme environmental factors.
The novelty of the technology consists in the resonance interaction of electromagnetic waves with the cellular structures of seeds which causes systematic and prolonged disease resistance of plants.
Equipment for pre-sowing treatment of maize seeds by electromagnetic field of microwave range enables to process up to 500 kg of maize seeds per hour. The seeds are to be processed in the equipment for 3-35 days before planting.
As a result of pre-sowing treatment of maize seeds its systemic resistance to phytopathogenic fungi, bacteria and nematodes is increased. The use of the technology allows increasing seed germination by 15-17% and enlarging maize yield by 50-70% without the use of expensive imported pesticides.
The technology can be used for pre-sowing treatment of not only maize seeds, but also for treatment of seeds of cereals, flax and other industrial crops.
