Medical products on the basis of modified polysaccharides (napkins, ointments, injections): technology of their manufacturing

Purpose

• Manufacture of napkins, ointments, powders and injections for external and implantation applications
• The basis of medical preparations is the oxidized cellulose containing immobilized on it antibiotics, immune-stimulants, ferments
• Preparations are intended for stopping bleeding, treatment of pyoinflammatory processes of skin, soft tissues and mucous membranes, speeding of healing processes, treatment of cardiovascular and oncological diseases

Characteristics

Napkins - completely resolve at implantation in the organism.

• Polycapran - is haemostatic means.
• The medicated film with lincomycin - possesses expressed haemostatic and prolonged local antimicrobic action.
• Ferancel - possesses antimicrobic and proteolytic activity. It is applied at pyoinflammatory diseases of skin, soft tissues and mucous membranes.
• Oxycelanim - is applied at pyoinflammatory diseases of skin, soft tissues and mucous membranes.
• Cysplacel - biodissolving preparation possessing antineoplastic action.It is intended for bed implantation of the removed tumour and local chemotherapy of malignant tumours in head and neck areas.In case of application among patients with low differentiated glioblastoma (GBM) of brain (encephalon) (4th stage of the disease) it increases life expectancy in more than 2 times.In case of primary forms of oncological diseases application of Cysplacel plates reduces frequency of relapses by 40 % in comparison with application of usual chemotherapy.

Ointments are made of waste products of napkins manufacture and have strong reparative (healing) action:

• Linkocel - is applied externally for treatment of pyoinflammatory diseases of skin and mucous membranes.

Injections

• Nitramil - is applied for prevention of thromboses and embolism among patients with stenocardia, for prevention and rapid relief of symptoms of stable and instable stenocardias attacks, treatment of functional and organic ischemic abnormalities of blood circulation in extremities.

• There are no analogues in the CIS and abroad on a spectrum of medical and biologic action. The oxidized cellulose produced by Johnson&Johnson (the USA) possesses only haemostatic action.
• The cost of Johnson&Johnson's napkins (the USA) - 12 sq.sm. - is about $5, cost of our napkins with antibiotics - 75 sq.sm. - only $ 1-2
