Multifunctional robotic system for packing, sealing and bonding


The complex is to be used for application of sealants, various adhesives, gaskets and sealing contours made of silicone and foam polyurethane in a predetermined path.


The complex is based on the principle of metered feeding of two liquid components A and B into a dynamic mixing head and subsequent automatic distribution of the mixture in a predetermined path.
The complex consists of two main units: the dosing-mixing equipment and the mechanism of the mixing head coordinate positioning in a predetermined path.

The novelty of the development consists in the ability to use the complex for consecutive application of sealing contours of various compositions without changeover of the equipment, which increases the productivity and allows to apply both polyurethane and silicone seals during one technological cycle.

The complex is equipped with a modern control system:
  • industrial PC with a 12" color touch display for programming and visualization;
  • high-performance motion controller; motion programming with the help of commands and pre-arranged templates; programming of components ratio and performance without mechanical adjustment; performance programming for obtaining of the desired contour geometry.

The robotics complex provides the required positioning accuracy, has a simple and intuitive user interface and ensures high production.
