SE RUE "Unihimprom BSU" has extensive experience in obtaining solid biofuels in the form of fuel pellets (pellets) from the local, annually renewable, environmentally friendly, vegetable raw materials.
The researchers have developed the technology of effective use of rape straw and cereals straw and other crop residues for the production of pellets. See for the specifications here.
Together with a number of machine-building enterprises of the Republic of Belarus a granulation line is made and is in effect.
The relevance of issues to be resolved is stipulated by a significant rise in prices and price instability in world market for fossil energy sources , the country's desire to secure a maximum energy- independence .
Industrial infrastructure for the production of composite solid biofuels can be created in the empty premises of agricultural complexes or free production areas of various enterprises .

Raw materials warehouse
Not-heated premise should be environment-protected ( rain , wind) .

Height - at least han 6 m
Warehouse location - very close to the production area.
Production room
A premise with a roof and walls,
concreted floors , with a height of screed at least 150 mm .
Area - 250 m2.
Building dimensions, approximately:
Length - not less than 24 m;
Width - not less than 12 m;
Height - not less than 6 meters
Parameters of the microclimate inside the building :
air temperature - 0-35 0C ;
humidity - 40-90 % ;
air velocity - 0.2-0.4 m / s .
Electric power - not less than 200 kW.
The presence of mains of water .
Paved playground and driveways.
Finished-products storage area
The room must be protected from moisture
Area - at least 100 m².
Location - very close to the production area.

Terms of delivery
• Installation supervision and commissioning of granulation lines make 5% of the total value of the underlying hardware.
• Delivery of basic equipment makes 60 working days after receiving the advance payment .
• Approximate installation work is 30 days.
• Commissioning and operator training is 15 days after the prior granulation line start.
• Place of supply of basic equipment - the buyer's warehouse .
• Cost of delivery of basic equipment is to be paid separately and are not included in the total price of the granulating line.
Warranty period of granulation line basic equipment use - 12 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 18 months from the date of shipment. By-customer’s request after-sales service can be carried out.
