Module of ultrasonic cleaning of medical instruments MUZA

The module is designed for non-abrasive cleaning of surfaces of medical instruments and other items from pollution of any kind. MUZA exceeds all kinds of manual and chemical cleaning by efficiency and in some cases is the only possible way to clean items of complex shape with internal cavities.

Mechanical vibrations of an ultrasonic transducer create in the washing solution pulsating shock waves that penetrate into the pollution layer defects and destroy them from the inside. At the same time, strong vortex flows emerge in the cleaning solution and they automatically wash the dirt away from the surface of object and bring news portions of cleaning solution into the cleaning zone.

The module of ultrasonic cleaning can be used in mechanical engineering to clean components after mechanical processes, grinding, etc; in fine mechanics (precision components and units); optics (optical elements before coatings applying); microelectronics (semiconductor wafers, microassembly); radio engineering (printed circuit boards); Jeweller’s art ("soft" products of complex shape); medicine (tools, vessels).
