Automated measuring complex for solar cells diagnostics in films production

 
  Purpose
 
  The complex is designed for measurement of solar cell and films parameters Cu (In, Ga) (S, Se)2 at various
  stages of their manufacturing. It is used in production of solar cells, in scientific work while studying the
  influence of external factors on solar cells photoconversion efficiency.

 

Characteristics

The complex consists of:

• Module for measuring of spectral characteristics of solar cells sensitivity
• Module for measuring of the load current-voltage characteristics
• Module for measuring the spatial distribution of the photo-emf signal and the temperature of the solar cell surface
The complex provides the opportunity to measure the efficiency and other parameters within AMO, M1, M1.5 standards.
