Thermostatic measuring devices POS-A and POS-B

Purpose
 Thermostatic measuring system are intended for temperature measurement and maintenance during the process of definition of concentration of soluble gums in oil products according to GOST 8489-85 and GOST 1567-83 in laboratory conditions. Devices are produced on the basis of two models distinguished in the case size and the mechanism of the analyzed product evaporation.

Characteristics

Model 1 (Device POS-A) - defines the concentration of soluble gums in motor fuel.
  • Automatically supports one of the established modes with the temperature of 160, 180, 225 and 232 degrees centigrade.
  • The admissible absolute error of temperature maintenance - no more + (-) 2 degrees centigrade.
Model 2 (Device POS-B) - defines the concentration of soluble gums of aviation and automobile gasoline.

Provides two operating modes.

In Mode 1 the device automatically supports:
  • Thermostat temperature - 162 degrees centigrade an admissible absolute error + (-) 2 degrees centigrade
  • Jack temperature - 155 degrees centigrade; an admissible absolute error + (-) degrees centigrade.
In Mode 2 device automatically supports:
  • Thermostat temperature - 182 degrees centigrade,
  • Jack temperature - 178 degrees centigrade; an admissible absolute error + (-) 5 degrees centigrade.
  • Device POS-B is equipped with a flow meter and provides measurement of the air consumption with a relative error + (-) 7 %.
